We enjoyed a nice trip to San Diego this past weekend. We had a great time visiting with friends and family. We ended the weekend with a short trip to Fiesta Island, which is no more than a giant sand bar with a 4 mile loop road that apparently is used all kinds of people. Especially, dog people and personal watercraft people. We had a great time!

A and I went to the mall. Of course we hit up Sephora and as a thank you A let me put some eye make up on her. I did a great job and she just loves it!

And yes, I have been taking a lot of photos with my crappy camera phone and posting them straight to my blog from my phone. Even with a crappy phone I can be a "hip and cool" blogger. Now, if I had an iPhone, I would be REALLY hip and cool.

This is our reaction to our time at our local National Night Out. We actually had a nice time and enjoyed ourselves (Angela was mugging for the camera!). We got some sweet lanyards, a US of A flag sticker and an "I support LAPD" lapel pin. It's like we particiapted in the NPR's Sunday Puzzle!

Angela and I took part in National Night Out and here was our neighborhood turn out. We walked down our street to the Sherman Oaks Galleria and met up with other neighborhood groups (But, I think we were the only group there) for guest speakers followed by our neighborhood watch meeting.
